McConnell was superhelpful in resolving my traffic violation situation. I put in a request for a call back via email late in the evening on a Thursday, first thing Friday morning they called me back to help resolve the issue. I would totally use them again.

Took over a week for someone to get back to me about a traffic ticket. Then they quoted me $2,500 to get a ticket moved down to a non-moving ticket! The original ticket was a simple turning ticket. $2,500??? That seems absurdly high for a simple traffic ticket!!
