Brian has extensive knowledge of the law, and at least as importantly, of the expectations, tendencies, and preferences of the local judges and attorneys. I feel confident every time I go to court with Brian that even if things don't go my way, I will have the best quality representation. I have observed many attorneys at work while waiting around the family law department, and it's clear which ones are truly skilled and which ones are phoning it in. So many times, I've seen Brian make a statement in court or a decision that turned out, later on in the case, to be not just a good call but a brilliant strategy of forethought. Some people play chess while others are just playing checkers.

I had kari Schmidt for a probation violation on federal probation I'm Wichita is and when she represented me she didn't know my case didn't try to help me! She wouldn't respond to me letters or return my phone calls! Horrible horrible attorney and for something as simple a probation violation
