This is a team that took me from a state of fear and uncertainty to calmness and understanding. This group is efficient, kind, driven and knowledgeable - with a touch of humor at times, which made me feel at ease. These people are real. Questions were answered promptly. Communication top notch. Working through all the paperwork was hard at times, but they were patient and helpful. Another big perk to this law firm was that I didn’t have to drive miles and miles to do this. Bankruptcy was a difficult @ embarrassing process for me. Norman Douglas was understanding and courteous. Never once was I uncomfortable in our one on one meetings or telephone conversations. His staff were professional as well. Always responded to my questions and concerns. Highly recommend them if your facing the difficult decision to file for bankruptcy.

They were friendly, professional, and made this difficult process manageable. They were always prompt to respond to questions we had, and made sure that we understood the process as we went along.
