Disgraceful company with very poor ethics

I'm very happy to have had Mr. West represent me in my car accident case. He aswered all my questions thoroughly and in language I could understand. Plus, if he wasn't available immediately by phone, which was more than I expected, he would get back to me in a very timely manner. This cut down heavily the anxiety produced from waiting for details. He has my highest recommendation.
