I was fortunate to have Craig West representing me in an Insurance claim from an automobile accident. The whole case spanned approximately 8 months. Throughout this period Craig kept me very informed both with e-mails and written correspondence. The matter was very un-nerving but I found Craig to be very much in control of the direction of the situation. Most importantly the few times I needed to call Craig on the phone we was either immediately available or called me back within a short amount of time. I found him and his staff to be most professional.

Mr West was the attorney assigned to me through State Farm after an car accident in which I was being sued for by some personjust out for the money & nothing more. He was very professional and diligent on my case. He communicated very well with me and was always kind and understanding. He was able to get the case settled within the limits of my insurance. He took care of me very well and I was very happy with his professional service.
