Bach is the best traffic attorney in Wichita in my opinion. Every single ticket that I have given to him has been either dismissed or downgraded to non moving violations.

The DUI attorneys at the office on Market St in Wichita really know there stuff. I had seen billboards in town promoting them and called when I got into a pickle. 1 month later all was taken care of after using Jess W. Hoeme's services. Way cool guy and a shark in the courtroom!

I was hit at a DUI checkpoint in Wichita after only 2 beers. Then charged with driving under the influence. I went through a very nasty divorce battle that felt at times like WWIII however Julia Craft made the entire ordeal at least manageable. My ex was trying to fight me on everything just to be an a$$ as he had the time. lol Julia went to bat for me several times and even going as far as a house call when I was upset. She is very caring and I can say is now a friend of mine.

These guys are top notch with DUI issues. If you have been charged with driving under the influence this firm should be your only option.

A Little Backstory: I have an existing paternity agreement prepared by a different attorney which outlines child support and parenting time. Since it was filed, there have been major changes in the other party's residence and income. I went to Mr. McPherson for an independent review to see if I should initiate a revision. My Experience: From the first phone call, I was treated with dignity and respect. The office staff were efficient and professional. I was able to secure an appointment within the week, and the fees were clearly stated to me in advance. The fee was very reasonable and affordable. Mr. McPherson arrived at the appointment fully prepared, having previously reviewed all filings related to the case. This essentially eliminated the learning curve, and allowed us to get down to my questions immediately. He is the FIRST person to explain the child support calculation worksheet in terms I understood. We worked together to run prospective numbers reflecting changes in income, related expenses such as day care and age categories. I finally understand not only how child support is calculated, but I also feel fully prepared for the future. Now for the most important part. He did all of this knowing I would likely NOT retain him at this time. Trust me, if I wanted to pursue the case, I would have retained his services immediately. But, in my case, it was best to leave everything as is for now. If/when the time comes to seek counsel again, he will be my first choice!
