Mark is the man. Traveling through Kentucky, I left the commonwealth with several charges including a couple felonies. First off.I wanna say thank you so much.Mark you actually Save my son's future. He was charged with some very serious felonies. That caused a big uproar in the community. This man said he could and would fight for me. He took on my Divorce/Criminal Case and after he retained his fee, did absolutely nothing! I think if you are a Victim of DV, he just plays on that and takes it to his advantage. He needs to be investigated. He is still charging me for work that was never completed and threatening legal action against me. This lawyer is probably one of the absolute worst! The entire time he had my case, he spoke to me disrespectfully, ignored my pleas, pushed everything off until the "Final Trial" and then dropped my case if I didn't pay him the $5,000 he was charging me for work that has literally never been filed or done. Do NOT hire this attorney, and if you have hired him and he has done the same to you- Make a grievance against him and report him to the Kentucky Bar Association. Lawyers like this need to be stopped! I ended up having to represent myself in the end and unfortunately my children are paying the price.

You know most of the time I don't do reviews because, I think sometimes they can be fruitless. However, I feel this needs to be told. I have used Keith Wilcutt in previous court cases and he's a good lawyer but recently I was told I owed him 510.00 dollars from that court case that occurred from 2018 we are now in 2024. Now this was never brought to my attention until recently when I asked for counsel again for a family law issue. This has really been bothering me because I never received a bill from him until I asked for counsel. I'm not saying I owe it or not. I will end up paying this bill but I'm not sure I will hire Keith again in the future because of him not being transparent with his billing with me. I'm retired from the Army after serving 24 years and I'm honest with people when it comes to paying them when it's due. However, it just strikes me a different way when BAM!! after 6 years of not hearing from you I owe you this money when I never received a bill until I asked for counsel.

Keith answered emails, took phone calls and always listened to what I asked. He gave good advice and led me in the right direction. He had all the details for court and represented me well.

Keith was wonderful during my whole divorce process! Not only did he communicate in depth every step of the way, but he made sure to calm my fears and answer any and every question I had without batting an eye. He made sure to handle the divorce in a quick and timely manner as I didn’t want to drag out the whole process, and he let me know of any changes right away. Both him and his office staff are kind, supportive and willing to assist with whatever you need!
