Being an attorney is not a job for everyone, long hours and little appreciation. Keith shows up every day for those that need him and will do whatever it takes for his clients to come out with a win. There is no one I would trust more.

I had a great experience with Keith as my attorney. He was very professional, always responded to my emails & texts and his staff assistants were always very helpful. Dealing with a divorce is hard and with his help he made it a lot easier and made me feel like I had someone in my corner. I would highly recommend him.

Keith Wilcutt is the worst lawyer I have worked with to date. He is unprofessional, rude, sneaky, lazy, a huge procrastinator and cuts corners for his own benefit. Keith makes it so that he has to do the least amount of work no matter how it affects who he is defending. He acts like he does not care about your court outcome as long as he gets paid. Keith messed up my entire case (which should have been extremely easy) and made the process extremely long and difficult for me. Before hiring, I advise you look at reviews for just his name instead of the practice, as he has a plethora of 1 star reviews. He could not handle the simplest of cases; do yourself a favor and stay away from Keith Wilcutt!

i truly wish there was an option for less than 1 star. I made the Mistake of hiring Keith Wilcutt for my Divorce attorney. BIGGEST MISTAKE!!!! Before i hired Keith, he told me what a gladiator he would be for me in my divorce. I thought his arrogance would be a great tool in my divorce. WRONG AGAIN! He is all talk and NO ACTION. He wrongfully advised me that PER KY STATE GUIDLINES my monthly child support was about $400 less than what it actually was. for a single mom who left with nothing but the clothes on her back and her child, this was devastating. He wrongfully advised me on time sharing and in every other aspect of my divorce. I feel like he is a pompous, arrogant person who should not be allowed to Practice Law. He is very unprofessional after hiring and is inappropriate! I called for a refund as he did not do anything for me but stall my divorce, he declined and told me i owed him more money. only AFTER i threatened to contact the Bar association did he say he would forget about the money i "owed" him! I really wish i did have time to contact the BAR association about him as I'm sure they would have a field day with him, but after this review i want to put all of this behind me. I am writing this review in hopes of saving another woman from making the same mistake i made by hiring Keith Wilcutt. I STRONGLY RECCOMMEND ASHLEA SHEPARD-PORTER for your divorce as she is the COMPLETE opposite of Keith!!

Procrastinated terrible. Told me he couldn’t do anything without me telling him what I wanted. Which I told him that the first day we met. Then on a second occasion we met in person, I told him again what I wanted. After 6 months of wondering when it would be over, he told it usually takes 8 months, which I wasn’t told that up front. And I told him the first day, I don’t want this taking 6 months. Which I do remember him saying; that depends on her. Pretty much would only email me to somewhat keep me informed. Was not completely prepared at mediation! Was 100% not happy with my experience !

Needs a will and expungement done. He came thru for me.
