Would highly recommend to anyone. He was able to help me with a better solution then I thought possible and was very down to earth on the way he approached helping his clients explaining every step of the process.

Mark Smith represented me on a matter. He was extremely fast and helpful. He is down to earth, very easy to work with and communicative. He was able to get me resolution the same day I paid for services!!! I am so happy!

Mark and his team were so wonderful to work with for my expungement. They were understanding on what I needed and were able to expedite the process quickly and I did not need to do anything! They were in contact through the whole process and could not have made this easier for me!

I got a ticket absolutely flying down the road (108 in a 70) on accident and my guy took the fee I paid him, went to court for me (I didn’t have to show up) and got me court fees and traffic school with no additional fines and 0 points. I was super guilty, they had me on radar and on video and it didn’t matter- what a guy.

I hired Mark Smith to represent me and I couldn't be happier with that decision. I spoke to several attorneys before making my decision of course but you want to be confident with your decision, right? Well, I definitely wasn't confident in a few other attorneys I spoke with before Mark. That's putting it nicely! First impressions of Mark was a very good one. I spoke with Mark late one evening around 8:00pm. Having a conversation with him at that time was a big positive for me. To make it better, I had his personal cell phone number. Not one of the other attorneys offered their personal cell phone number. Everyone deserves their privacy and time away from work but for an attorney to do this speaks volumes in my opinion but should not be taken advantage of. Mark was very understanding and professional durring our conversation. No judgement, condescending remarks or tones that were questionable. Mark always responded to my emails or text messages and even his assistant was responsive. I am not a fan of excuses for being a bad communicator. Bad communication is a big red flag for me when doing business. I never had this issue with Mark. I am also a firm believer in asking questions. I had plenty. Another red flag would've been how he addressed questions. Never work with an attorney who has issues with answering questions. You are under a lot stress as is and paying them very well for their experience. You deserve answers from someone without attitude or excuses. He answered 100% of my questions 100% of the time. At the end of the day, attorneys are not miracle workers and cannot always achieve the unachievable. I understand this and you should too. Fortunately, my outcome was exactly what I wanted. I am very satisfied with choosing Mark to represent me.
