I cannot guarantee he will get the outcome you desire, but I can firsthand guarantee the following: His Respect, his full attention (not rushed), aggressive when needed, honest recommendations on how to approach, and most importantly to me...ALWAYS promptly responds to any questions/requests you have. His prices are reasonable & he will not use your retainer as a means to charge you for any potential billable action. He’s honest, fair & genuine...good man! I can say the same for Keith, in regards to my experience in a divorce. Fair pricing, payment plans, extremely aggressive in how he represents you & genuinely honest in recommending how to proceed. He doesn’t do things to accumulate billable hrs.

I paid him 400$ to come to court twice for me to reschedule my court date. Than he asked for more money. Biggest waste of money ever..

I hired Mr. Wilcutt to represent me in an EPO/DVO case and also a contested divorce action. He was amazing. He finally got justice served as it should have been the entire time. I read some of the other reviews on here about him from those who were unhappy and could not disagree more with them. He always responds to e-mails and makes plenty of time to meet with you at appointments. If you are looking for an aggressive attorney then this is the person you should consult with.

Rarely updates on information as it comes in, drags his feet about getting things done, hard to get responses through email or to answer phone calls. Will never hire again. Wish Chris Ring was closer...
