I wanted to thank Mark Smith and his staff for helping me with a speeding ticket my son got while returning to Louisville from New Orleans. Because of a personal emergency he was unable to be present on his court date and a bench warrant was issued by the state. Mark’s knowledge of the Barren District Court allowed him to settle the citation in a prompt manner.
When you are traveling and not close to an area it can be hard to be able to meet a court date. Fortunately for me I found Mark.
