We had retained Joy for a child custody case and before court she magically had a conflict of interest! The funny thing is the other party’s dad is a lawyer. Hmm...$$$. This is a very shady practice! BUYER BEWARE!

Jason Hays has become what I would like to say a good friend over the years. He fought a case for me that I was facing many years over over a first offense DUI that he thought from the beginning I didn’t deserve. So I hired him to take it to trial. I truly felt like the whole time he was fighting my case with everything he had. He was available and considerate of all my circumstances. I could contact him anytime and he would return the text or call as soon as he could. I felt like in a system that was against me and not budging he over turned their view and instead of 26 years I got 87days which I had to serve because we took it to trial. But in the end I was completely satisfied with his consideration and willingness to fight my case. He had a large case load at the time and I still felt like my case was important to him and that he was willing to do what ever it took to fight my case. I would strongly suggest his services to anyone looking for attorney that will worry about your case as much as you would yourself. Every time we went to court he made a presence in the court room that made me feel like I had someone in my corner fighting the best fight they could. Jason Hays has my complete confidence that if I needed attorney services again that he would be my ONLY choice to return too. My family and I thank you for your services Jason.

Earlier Jason sent out a group text to all of his clients asking for a review because someone gave him a review he believed to be false. If you look there is a few new reviews posted today-That’s why. I was thinking about not doing a review due to my experience. If you want a lawyer that is educated then, please, pick Jason. But as a former client I felt he did not care about myself or my case. He returned my phone calls rarely and the day of my final court date he did not show up. He said he did not have our court date on his calendar. I’m a little unsure how he did not know we had a court date considering I text him the night before giving him a reminder. Looking back at our text and miss calls, I would agree with the one star review. He made me feel insignificant and powerless to what to do. That was my experience. But that doesn’t mean he treats all his clients like that. But if I am asked in a group text to leave a review then I will write an honest review. I think he’s a good guy and perhaps it was an honest mistake. Reading the other reviews that are five stars I would agree are true reviews and I’m glad they were helped. But I did feel alone in the process and I wish I experienced what the five star reviewers experienced.

Jason Hays did everything that he said he was going to do for me and sum extra. Very good experience with mr Hays would definitely recommend! A++

If you're looking for an excellent defense attorney, Jason is the man! He went above and beyond to make sure that my husband didn't get taken away from us again for something he didn't do. He returned every text/phonecall very quickly and never missed a court date. I would highly recommend Jason to anyone!!
