Jason helped me secure emergency custody of my son during divorce proceedings allowing me to get my son away from a violent, and drug addicted mother and a grandfather with a horribly violent history of beating his daughter (my wife) as well as my sons. His confidence and passionate argument brought me the custody of my son....possibly saving his life...as his mother died soon after under suspicious circumstances. He is my attorney in my case against my father-in-law who destroyed our home (after saying he was going to remodel) and thereby destroying my family, my home, everything my boys considered home...basically wrecking the lives of my entire family. Jason took over from an ineffective lawyer and has made great progress. I highly recommend Mr Hays if you need an aggressive, intelligent lawyer who will fight for you.
