We contacted Kat Havens Schulz about some personal paperwork. We have busy schedules so it makes it difficult to set dates and times. She was able to work out a date/time for our first meeting. When it came time to sign our personal paperwork, again we had scheduling issues on both sides. Kat worked through the issues, she got everything and everyone there. I would recommend Kat to friends or family, she was professional and friendly! We appreciate everything, thanks Kat!

My son listened to Jeff; he did his homework, took on a second job, and offered to do the maintenance so he could afford an apartment within the Highlands school district. Jeff spoke with both parents, had them agree that my son would become the Primary parent. Jeff filled out the necessary paperwork for my son to be the primary parent and submitted the paperwork to the judge at Campbell County courthouse. It was approved. My son now lives in Ft. Thomas, and my grandson started high school on 8-14-2019 at Highlands. This out of the reach Dream-Goal, could have never been accomplished without Jeff Fichner. Do you know what it does to a persons psyche & mental and emotional health to be told they're going to be released from jail that day and the next day it still is there? It appears now Wes Williams has gone the extra mile and as the week was nearing it's end, secured his release.... thank you!

Jeff was my attorney in a very emotionally charged family court case, and is without a doubt, the very best attorney I could have had.
