Where do I begin...as a cynical skeptic, this is an emotional write bc of the way Katherine Schulz impacted my life so positively in such a short period during a difficult time. My preconceived assumptions of what type of services i may receive (based on my experience with other attorneys) were 100% debunked. She is highly professional, yet warm and empathetic, attentive, and listens. She asks questions that are pertinent, stays on task, and is a successful and thorough multitasker. If she doesn't know the answer to something, she isn't too proud to admit she doesn't know, and will work her tail off to find you an answer. She has a tremendous balance of knowledge, skill, empathy, practical applications, and true passion for her job and clients; she will fight to the death for you. Genuinely good human being who is doing this job for all the right reasons. -Weirdmaste-

When my family was going through a nightmare...we had no clue who to turn to for help or questions we had. I was referred to use DFW. Once I called, day one was like I was now part of the DFW family. Jeff Ficher reached out that first day and has not left our side since. He has gone way above and beyond what his "role" would require. He showed up when he did not need to be there, just to sit with us. He called to check in on us even after everything was finished. Months later when I needed help, he was there again...just offered to help go over something I did not understand. In such a hard time for my family, he did everything possible to make things easier for us. He treated my family as his own. There is no way to thank him enough. The only thing I can do is recommend him and his company to everyone that may need him. He gave me his phone number that first day...and has never not answered my call or returned it in a matter of minutes. I did not find an attorney that day, I found a friend.
