Jeff is absolutely not going to fight for you. It’s like I paid him to fight for my ex husband. He didn’t listen to anything I had to say and also didn’t fight for anything I asked for. He actually encouraged me to sign paper work for my ex husband that I was in no way required to or was beneficial to me. Additionally, he was very rude and not professional at all when I would ask him questions or raise concerns. It almost felt like I was just a burden instead of his client. Would not recommend at all. After posting this review Jeff has decided to withdrawal as my legal counsel even though we had 1 thing left to do for me to be completely done with my divorce. After the initial submission of the review he had the audacity to email me at 9:54 pm at night which I have a screenshot of “Seriously? You can’t be serious.” In his withdrawal of counsel today he basically says the reason I left this review is because he advised me not to move to Ohio. This is not why I left the review. I left this review because Jeff is extremely unprofessional (portrayed nicely by his immediate email response to my review) and by other instances. On one occasion, I can’t remember why I was questioning him and unhappy, he said something along the lines of “what are you going to do fire me?” And proceeded to laugh. If I could give this man Zero stars I would.

I cannot say enough about Kat Schulz. I have been waiting to write this review so that I could fully describe the sheer awesomeness of this amazing attorney. We wouldn't change a thing- Kat has been a powerful force, a voice of reason, an honest advocate, and a passionate advisor that has legitimately saved us. She is forever on our team, someone we would go to without thinking twice. She holds the torch for being incredibly kind-hearted while at the same time, balancing the need to make sure that fairness is had. She has gone above and beyond our needs and we are truly, truly grateful. DFW is incredibly lucky to have this wonderful human on their team!
