Rick Scott is an excellent lawyer. He keeps you well informed through the whole process of your case. Rick continued for over a year to reach out and help me stay calm through the stress of my case. When he's in the court room he truly fights for you! Needles to say he helped me win my case. I can't even express how grateful I am to have had Rick representing me. I'm disappointed with the legal representation of Fox. For the money he was paid, he did very little to earn it. Lesson learned. I am "thumbs down".

Mr Rick Scott was hired by me for my child custody case after my first case did not go anywhere near what I wanted. Mr Scott was amazing with everything from filing in the case to updating me on changes going on in the case. At the end of the trial and getting our results I realized even more that I should’ve hired Mr. Scott from the very beginning and had him absolutely destroy my sons dad and his attorney. I would recommend him 1,000% to anyone needing to feel confident in their situation.

From- Sabrina Pettit ....Alysha McKinney is ridiculously unprofessional, untimely and improper. Let’s start with the most egregious part of her demeanor, attacking opposing counsel’s character because she was angry she doesn’t know adoption laws, yet allowed herself to be paid to represent one. She makes ridiculous statements to be used as “emotional” even though she cannot present any binding legal evidence of her stance. Her briefs are abysmal and could be written by a middle school student. The grammar, spelling and language we won’t even get into. If she cannot refute opposing counsels claim, “she lets the case go on and on and on”. Unprofessional. Yet all of the continuances were requested by her for a YEAR then after all of that, to show up to trial with only a laptop with google pulled up on it. No notepad, no binder, she had to ask the bailiff for a pen and paper, come on! I don't recommend paying this women your hard earned money unless you want a long, purposely drawn out presentation that makes little to no sense and will frustrate the magistrate/judge. I would go so far as to say in the very short time of seeing her work, is quite unimpressive and embarrassing.

Rick is the best attorney I’ve ever had. I’ve been through several and Rick was by far the best! He is so incredibly intelligent, quick witted on his feet, responsive, compassionate and strategic. He has helped me so much through my nasty divorce with an abusive narcissistic ex husband. He’s still helping me with ongoing battles and decree infractions. I feel like I truly have someone in my corner with Rick. He is worth every penny he earns and more!

Fox was nice but never showed up for anything. And never did what he said. Turned myself in for a warrant and I sat for weeks cuz he didn't know or forgot even tho I told him.. but eh. But Scott! Do not do family court paid 2k went to court he showed up with blank custody papers nothing filed out. The judge laughed at him.
