Rick Scott has represented me for the last 3 years during post decree arguments. He is tenacious and responds to my emails timely and efficiently. His years of experience and his efficiency in navigating the domestic court in Hamilton County have made this difficult time less stressful. I have recommended him to several other friends and would not hesitate to do refer him again. My wife and I have also used his partner Brad Fox to defend against false allegations during the same litigation. Brad was very knowledgeable and efficient as well. Fox and Scott is a very professional firm all the way around.

I had to accept an undesired divorce. However, I was fortunate to meet and hire Rick Scott as my attorney. When I first met with him he allowed me to vent, cry and express all of my feelings. At the end of the initial conference he would not accept my retainer, but assured me he was my attorney. He said "go try to save your marriage, I am here if and when you need me." Over the next eight months he would converse with me, advise me and listen to my concerns and desperation to salvage a marriage that my wife had checked out of. Since paying me retainer Rick and Brandy have been superior with communications, documentations and billing. If I had a question, it was immediately addressed. When finances were tuff they have worked with me on an affordable payment plan and just asked that I keep in contact with them in reference to our agreed plan. The simplest way I can put it is, I know I am a client. However, Rick has made me feel like a friend. I know he is fighting for me and for what is best for my children. I trust him and could not imagine facing this and contending with my divorce without him. I also would like to mention Brad Fox, his partner while not my attorney has also taken the time to answer my questions, when I was in a panic mode and could not speak to Rick directly.

I retained Rick Scott as my divorce/custody attorney in 2010. I have been in and out of court with my ex-husband regarding custody issues with my two children. Rick has always been very forthcoming. He has never lied or given me false hope. Rick always fights hard for me and my children and has never backed down. Rick has always been quick to respond to phone calls and emails. I have referred many friends, colleagues, etc. to Rick and will continue to do so. Rick is a great attorney!

I hired Rick to help with a visitation and child support case. He did everything he said he would. He returned phone calls and emails in a timely manner. The outcome of my case was what I had wanted and we had discussed prior too. He was very upfront and honest with informing me of what was going on and what to expect. When it came to payment he was easy to work with. Being a single mom money is tight. He was will to work with whatever payment I could make each month. I have highly recommended him to my friends and family. I wouldn't think twice about calling him if the need arises again. Truly a professional.

Rick and the entire office at Foxx and Scott are great to work with! I can say he is very honest, fair and knowledgeable. While working with Rick, he was always very responsive, listened to what I had to say and you could tell he really cared. I would highly recommend Rick for all your needs!

Rick has always been a pleasure to work with. Our family has worked with Rick on a couple of cases and we have never been disappointed. He always returns calls and answers any questions you may have concerning your case. Rick is very up front and honest. We never had any issues with the payment arrangements we set up with his office and if we needed to change the payment date the office would work with us on that. We definitely recommend Rick to anyone who may be seeking representation in family court.

Rick Scott never fell though with anything he said he was going to do. He lied on me went against me after paying him. Made deals with other Attorney to help other side. Everything I say I can show proof. He needs his licenses taken away. I won't stop fighting until they do. He is part of the corruption in Northern Kentucky.. My advice don't hire him..

Brad Fox barely lifted a finger in helping me resolve my case. My "Volzwagen Rabit" (his spelling) was involved in a hit-and-run while parked. I did all of the investigation work and found the person responsible. I pulled the offender's work and home address from Facebook, where they were publicly posted, and passed it on. After some spotty communication here and there, Brad stayed silent for years. He finally called me about a month before the statute of limitations was up to say, "Hey, we were never able to locate [the offender] and serve a summons. We would've been able to file [other option], but it's too late to do it before the statute of limitations is up. What do you want to do now?" There was nothing I could do. I was forced to drop the case and, of course, I was not entitled to a refund on my lawyer fees. No surprise there. I knew they were non-refundable going in. However, I was also out $2,000 for the repairs to my car with no way to hold anyone accountable. Thanks, Brad!

Brad is a tremendous help and will take all of the stress off your back. Id recommend him for any defense case.

Brad and Rick were extremely responsive to my phone calls, texts, and emails during a volatile and ongoing situation. Their council and concern for our particular situation was comforting (knowing that you had someone so determined and knowledgeable in your corner). Being able to put complete trust in the one representing you and the knowledge that they are fighting for you with everything they have are not qualities I have always found with other lawyers; I did find it with Rick and Brad at Fox Scott Law! We would recommend them without any hesitation.

I used Mr. Scott for my child support hearing. I met with him for the first time and I said this is the guy for me. He is a straight shooter and tells you how it is. He informed me of each step as everything unfolded. I would highly recommend him to anyone. His assistant was very helpful as well. They are a great team and I was very pleased.
