Literally zero reliability. Working with this man for almost two years, and he STILL can’t get anything done. I would never ever advise anyone to use him. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a lawyer. Messed up multiple times in the courtroom, and acts as if he’s completely clueless. I paid him immediately, and as soon as that happened he never returned calls/ text/ or emails. He’s currently still my lawyer only bc he already took my money. Worst mistake I’ve made in many many years!! Find someone else!!! Do not use this man! ** Bar association has been informed **

Kevin was very friendly from the moment I met him. He was very understanding, professional and made me feel at ease for the situation. My charge ended up getting dropped also. Thanks Kevin for all your hard work.

i don’t know where to begin but kevin moser simply shows no care, interest, empathy, or respect in the least. he was completely unsympathetic to my situation. when i attempted to tell him my story he told me he doesn’t want to hear any “conspiracy theories” as if he knows my own life better than me. i could not even give him any background details as he cut me off every time i tried. he’s full of lies and every time i did speak with him his story would change completely. i had even set up appointments with him and when they arrived i was told there was no record of it. after our phone conversations ended he had only made me feel worse than what i had before. also it’s nearly impossible to even get a hold of the man. he must not check his voicemail because i’d leave him messages and wouldn’t receive a call back. and when he would tell me he’d call me with an update he wouldn’t. i could tell he was not working for me but instead working against me. it is very sad that people like him are incapable of giving their clients what they deserve. i advise everyone: do NOT allow this man to represent you! once again little kevin moser cannot do his job and at least provide clients for what they ask for. before i hired a new private lawyer he told me he would send me documentation on my case that we could go over together over the phone since his office is over 2 hours from my home and of course he couldn’t do that. “liar liar pants of fire 🔥” he also complained about my initial google review of him, ha. it’s called freedom of speech, kevin. don’t expect a good review when you treat people the way you do.

Kevin gave me his honest opinion and lead me through a drawn out divorce but I just say I'm thankful for his willingness to work with myself.

Was just on the phone with an individual who works in the office asking for advice on domestic violence issues and was randomly hung up on. Zero customer service or people skills.

First I’d like to express how thankful I am for the hard work and professionalism of the Kevin moser firm! I had a nasty Child support case Starting in 2005 that went on well over a decade, I went through (2) attorneys and countless Wasted monies over those years. When I met Kevin in 2018 I felt immediately comfortable this situation would come to a close. Basically The moser firm went back into my previous agreements and cleaned up those Agreements meaning (created fairness) where currently it was All one side. This eliminated the Child support Issues and the Overwhelming harassment I received daily. In all, after 13 long years (2) attorneys and countless court dates Kevin in less than (1) year was able to settle on a final Lump sum payment Forever dissolving my support obligation!
