Im currently using him as my divorce lawyer. It is near impossible to get a hold of him. I have left several voicemails just asking for an update on where my divorce stands. It is a simple uncontested divorce with my ex. It is going on 3 weeks now that I have heard from him last when he promised me.he woild call me with an update. I tried being nice and give the benefit of the doubt but 3 weeks is pretty ridiculous. I am highly disappointed with the lack of communication.

Mr. Mosier is efficient, affordable, compassionate and a very diligent worker, I highly recommend his expertise to anyone requiring legal assistance.

Mr. Moser was very responsive whenever we had questions or needed an answer for something, or needed him. He showed to all appearances in a very long process by the courts, not him, and was very professional and delivered on everything that he said he would. He really knows the law, what to expect, and how to react to anything that came his way. He never over promised or under delivered as some lawyers do. He was fair and very realistic on pricing as well. Overall it was a great experience in all affairs dealing with him he was very professional and delivered on everything he said he would! I would highly recommend Mr. Moser to anyone needing or seeking legal counsel!

Very good lawyer, I would go through him again he works great on payments and he guarantees his work, that's why I will shake that mans hand every time I see him cause I am at home with family and I get to work hard to provide for my family because of him, if you are looking for a good lawyer, hands down,! Incredibly unreliable. I'm currently 13 months into a separation. 7 months ago I contacted him and he assured me that it 'seemed simple,' and that it should be done with shortly. He advised me to stop paying my mortgage due to the fact I could not afford it alone because "you should be able to sell it before then." Before we could even get the home on the market--due to his inability to contact her lawyer--we were being pressured with foreclosure paperwork. All he does is apologize and give excuses as to why it is taking so long. I frequently go 1-2 weeks without a response to emails or phone calls. Its not even that I contact him often, more or less every month or 2 and every time he leaves me pulling my hair of frustration. 8 days ago I was notified by my wife that we have been court ordered to mediation and it had to be scheduled within 10 days. I have still not been able to speak with him about it. His office just says that they will forward the message to him. He does not respond to emails. He does not return calls. I wish I could give 0 stars. Please. Use anyone else.
