I was referred to Michael McMain by several clients he had represented in criminal cases. I was charged with a felony and multiple misdemeanors charges. The facts of my case were not good. Michael McMain filed a motion to suppress some of the evidence in my case and was successful. Because of his hard work and his experience, he was able to convince the prosecutor to refer my case to a felony diversion program as opposed to serving time in jail which was the prosecutor's first offer to settle my case. If you are looking for an excellent criminal attorney, I would strongly suggest you call Michael McMain. I am thankful I did!!

He was great, he called around when I requested. He didn't seem to rush me and seemed genuine about trying to find a way to help. He was very knowledgeable, and gave me the information I needed and although he doesn't have time right now for my case, he is trying to find a partner that will.

I can't not say enough good things about Mike! At a time when I felt that there was no hope of continuing to keep custody of my children, he came through for me and continues to win battles for me.

Worth every penny I've spent. I'm a single mother who was up against a complete bully with plenty of money. He knows the law very well and shut down all of the drama and put out every fire almost instantly. I felt protected with him on my side and ultimately I was. He knew what was going to happen before it happened. He made precise recommendations, decisions and was always 5 steps ahead. I would not hesitate to recommend him, hands down a class act!!

Mr. McMain was highly recommended by an attorney friend of a family member of mine. Mr. McMain represented me through a very volatile divorce, Emergency Protection Order, Domestic Violence Order and violations of the order. And I can say this without a doubt in my mind that Mike is the best (and so is his assistant, Terri). When he represents you, he knows the law, he knows what he is doing and will work endlessly to get the results you want/need. Carol is an inspiration to all future lawyer's! I knew I had my attorney when she spoke of "conflict of interest " when I asked if she would also represent my brother going through a custody battle .. So many attorneys want to take your money , yet do not really represent you. Carol is very thorough, along with her paralegal Tullana. They are the perfect team! I fought 4 years with a sub par attorney. It took about a year with Carol. Got everything I wanted! I connot say enough about this attorney.. Amazing is all that comes to mind! Makes you feel comfortable in court because you know she's there for you!

I hired Will Zevely for a criminal case in June, 2016. I retained his services and made a down payment amount for $700. He showed up to court with me and extended the court date a month ahead so that we can figure out a game plan. Once the court date came, he expected the rest of the money from me, to which I told him I wouldn't be able to make a payment for a few weeks. He got irritated and requested to the judge that I find a new attorney because I wasn't able to pay him the rest sooner. He basically stole $700 from me without lifting a finger. He is a thief and is no better than the scum he represents. Not only that, but for most cases, he charges $2,500, and he doesn't do any work for you. Most of the time, he isn't willing to fight for you and wants you to make a plea. Do not hire him unless you want to throw money down the drain.
