I'm a Virginia resident, but had some basic questions related to Kentucky law. I requested help on the Brackney Law website and within a day I able to connect with Peter Brackney. My uncle passed in early 2022. He was a former Louisiana resident that had loved Lexington Kentucky. He had moved there to enjoy his retirement years. Unfortunately, when he passed he had no family in the area. I was named the executor to his estate: Living in Louisiana, I was concerned with the daunting task of fulfilling those obligations from such a long distance. I knew that I needed legal help but had no idea who. I spent several days searching for an estate attorney and one name, Peter Brackney, was consistently highlighted as one of the best. I have just completed the estate process today. Peter was very professional, thorough, consistent, and prompt with questions.
