I called Eddie when we found out that our granddaughter was given to the maternal grandmother and we was not even notified of the pending CPS case. Eddie worked to get us joint temporary custody, but as fate would have it there were issues and we just received sole temporary custody of our granddaughter. Eddie kept us informed of all discussions and was there for us whenever we needed to talk about the case. We will call this firm anytime we have any legal issues because he was the only attorney in Lexington that would take our initial call and walked us through this process. We will forever be grateful to him and his firm!!

Lawyer was very rude

Eddie and Dori were recommended by a friend of mine who is an attorney. I called them to help me with a bond situation. I first spoke with Dori who was extremely professional and very personable. They were on my case immediately and the outcome was very fair but not 100% the way I wanted. But that wasn’t Eddie’s fault. The decision on the judge’s part was, in my opinion, unfair. But Eddie tried his best. Their office staff was amazing. Always made sure I knew where to be and what time. Always connected with me to make sure if I needed anything. I would highly recommend them for your future legal needs.

Since I wasn’t Eddy’s client, I won’t go into details but, he helped a family member through some of the toughest days of their life. If you ever need a Family Law attorney, you won’t find a better one than Eddy Thompson!

Worth every penny I paid. Yes I recommend these folks!

If I hear his name, or even start to have a vague memory of my encounter… I feel the urgent need to take hot shower to cleanse myself. His foul mouth and the way his staff hung their heads as if in shame or just beaten down is something I recall if ever I think of this place.

You can call the office they pick up but they are some of the rudest people you can talk to. He says he is busy but in reality he doesn't want to help. The people that answer the phone only ask for a number and email and they never respond. You can get his number but he gets mad and tells him to not call him. Do not waste your money on them. He is always too busy to help. Hire someone who actually cares for your case and will help you. I keep calling they always hang up the phone.
