I have known Eddy in a professional setting for many years now. He has always provided the best legal outcome and in a beyond timely manner! Eddy has always responded very quickly in addition to making time to meet with me on little to no notice. I would recommend this firm with 10 stars if that was an option, thank you Eddy for your help over the numerous years! :) :)

Eddy and his office have consistently exceeded all expectations. His knowledge of the law and ability to navigate difficult situations are top notch. I would highly recommend him to handle any family court related matters.

1. Unprofessional a. Played video games on his phone while in meeting to discuss legal separation terms with my wife and her attorney. b. Uses foul language constantly. 2. Disorganized a. He could never remember I go by a different name besides Christopher. b. I edited and corrected several correspondences before signing. 3. Lazy a. He said that a father who lives in another state will not be granted joint custody of children. I happen to know this is incorrect. b. Early on in the process, I was changing my mind because I didn’t want to file for the divorce. He had zero patience for this. As long as I was paying him, he should have represented me the way I wanted to be represented. c. He does not follow up on correspondences in a timely manner. I would frequently have to email to ask status. I would not recommend this law office.

I would recommend Eddy Thompson to anyone looking to seek representation in any family court matter. He is very much to the point and will give you the court’s view on your situation and will guide you in the right direction. He is a no nonsense kind of guy so he will represent you to the best of his ability and will not waste your time and money by promoting things or advising on things that won’t go your way. He is down to earth and very responsive to inquiries and likes to get things done. Great representation experience.

Is zero stars an option? This brother and sister duo attorney office is the worst Ive ever had to deal with. After continuously over charging me for their representation or lack of, for a divorce and getting me absolutely nowhere in family court I decided to part ways and represented myself in court. Just a couple short months later I gained full custody of my 4 children. I then realized what deception I went through. Here it's been over 2 years after the only thing they accomplished (my divorce) and I've yet to receive any child support. I called to follow up with why and was told because I discontinued their service of the custody hearing they refused to ever file the appropriate paper work from my divorce hearing and stated that their service was over. Waste of money and time. Thanks for nothing Thompson Law Office. Just a part of the "good old boy system"...

I can't say enough good things about Eddy. I was in a situation that was foreign and scary to me and he talked me right through it to a successful conclusion. The response time was top notch. The professionalism was second to none. I highly recommend him and his staff particularly Amanda. I received the most welcoming, calming, knowledgeable attention to my situation. I could not be a happier customer.

The correspondence that I received was not well written. His attitude was unnecessarily harsh. Even though my correspondence simply stated to call to discuss matters further, he wasn't so willing to answer any questions.
