Mehr, Fairbanks & Peterson handled the appeal for our mother's Genworth long term healthcare policy when Genworth was stonewalling us and acting in bad faith by denying an obviously legitimate claim. Elizabeth Thornsbury took the lead in our case and did a superb job of compiling an appeal that was irrefutable in proving the legitimacy of our mothers claim. Others in the firm who also contributed did a marvelous job as well. Genworth immediately approved the claim, and paid all the back benefits that they owed to our mother. I can't say enough good about the job this firm did. I highly recommend them should you need an attorney in their areas of specialty and expertise.

Southern Kentucky Courts exercise their system in a very old-fashioned and ridiculously strict way. Although I completely disagree with the logistics of the court systems mentioned above, Mr. Robey helped minimize penalties against me to a great extent. I am appreciative of his work and thankful he assisted me on my horrific run-in with KSP Troopers.
