The greatest lawyer you can get.

When I was taken out of work for health issues beyond my control, I was denied my long and short term disability that I was paying for even with doctors being the ones to not let me work. I am a registered nurse and it was very hard for me to step down. Bartley was amazing, he stepped up to the plate for me and I not only did I receive my insurance benefits but when they decided to shut me of with little to know warning he was able to get me a settlement. I would have never received a single penny form the insurance had it not been for his expertise, patients, consistency, amazing communication and compassion for your needs. I do so highly recommend this lawyer.

They are the best!!!! Always respond quickly, are always available. I called or emailed many times after hours and Elizabeth Thornsbury would always call me and talk and answer as many questions as I needed or wanted. I always felt like I was top priority!

When I first went to Mehr Fairbanks I wasn't in a good place in my life, at the time. In my mind this case was going to be drag out for years and still not go anywhere. Because of who we were dealing with some people would be intimidated. I would soon find out that would not be the case here. The first time I came into the office I had a poor attitude and not so great demeanor because I was almost defeated in my own mind. Within a couple of months he was telling me that I was going to get the compensation I deserve. I am not sure what he did but he did it very well consider Bartley a true friend and a great attorney.
