She has been very thorough and patient explaining what the next step is and addresses any concerns and worried I have during the process and reply to any queries in a short time. especially the J1 waiver process, she was able to assist and file the application in a reasonable time and review my documents prior to submission and tracking the waiver application. Then after the waiver approval, she helped me and my wife for the Green Card application and the interview. in short, Shannon has been very patient, professional and on time with all of our application.
