Shannon has been a great help with my J1 Home Residency wavier requirement and Adjustment of Status Application. She has been very thorough and patient explaining what the next step is and addresses any concerns and worried I have during the process and reply to any queries in a short time. especially the J1 waiver process, she was able to assist and file the application in a reasonable time and review my documents prior to submission and tracking the waiver application. Then after the waiver approval, she helped me and my wife for the Green Card application and the interview. in short, Shannon has been very patient, professional and on time with all of our application.

Coming from a private physicians group with docs in four different states I was tasked with overseeing the recruitment and credentialing of a newly graduated physician resident on a J1 waiver. I sought counsel from Shannon on getting our doc through the entire immigration process. This was my first go at it and I wouldn't have known where to start had she not been so accessible and thorough throughout the entire process. The physician was hired in Ohio, which was out of Shannon's realm of expertise (temporarily...). She worked diligently to educate herself for her clients to advise and assist through what was otherwise foreign territory. She made all the right calls, jumped through all the hoops, and pushed all the right buttons while maintaining a very positive and professional demeanor. There were plenty of setbacks presented to challenge our process as we were faced with very stringent deadlines throughout each phase. This didn't keep her from drudging forward to keep us on track. There were many occasions I received text, phone, or email updates late in the evening or weekends. Her commitment to not only dotting every "i" and crossing every "t", but also communicating every update or change was conducive and convenient. Shannon's knowledge and expertise was an invaluable resource for our company. Not only would I highly recommend her, but I would not go through the J1 process with anyone but her... assuming she would work with us again, lol. Treated us like family.
