H&F Medical Malpractice attorney, Kenneth Human, was one of the most professional, courteous, intelligent powerhouses in his field. I was provided with status information throughout the entirety of the process which provided a great level of transparency. Kenneth truly underpromised but OVERDELIVERED so I could not have been happier with my results. He is a remarkable attorney and I 100% recommend him and this firm to anyone needing representation!

These wonderful people have finally settled me and my kids settlements and when I tell you it took a while but they held my hand every step of the way!! Even helped with my property damage! Best Law firm in town! I hired Hicks & Funfsinn to assist with an mva this year, and I’m glad I did! They got the work done in a timely manner w/o any delay. Through out the whole process, Greg, Paula, and Jennifer, kept me up to date with the whole process. They were very trusting, honest and fearless just like the commercial states! Most injury lawyers are not honest with the process at all but at HICKS & Funfsinn they are HONEST and they get the job done! They explain everything from beginning to end! Big thanks to the whole staff.
