I went through 2 divorce attorneys in a bitter divorce and custody battle before a lawyer friend referred me to Crystal Osborne. Finally I started winning. My ex was so accustomed to winning she took me to court repeatedly until I had to give up custody of my youngest, and pay her attorney fees for the privilege of losing my parental rights. With Crystal I got my daughter back. It wasn’t easy as my ex always assumed she had the upper hand. After regaining custody she took me back to court for retro payment of child medical expenses. The Osborne law firm persisted with the child support enforcement agency for a full audit of my child support payments against the court orders. Turned out my ex owed me $5k in over-paid support. Naturally she couldn’t pay, so Crystal negotiated an agreed order for a re-payment plan that included agreement not to file any more motions seeking more money from me. My youngest emancipates in 4 months. Thanks to Crystal I’ve had her back in my life for last 2 years, and no other legal hassles for last year.
