Excellent experience! Contacted Brad about expungement of my son's record. He was quick to look up the information and give us the advice we needed to forward. No condescending attitude or remarks. The customer service for the world's largest legal firm was not as you would expect. The follow up was horrible, my case was literally dropped by the waste side, after I was told that I would receive something. I didn't receive not one red cent?? Please think twice before considering a law firm that is too big to even remember that you have a case with them.
