I called in asking about a court date received in the mail. As usual I was expecting to pay for answers. I mean it’s a lawyer, right. To my surprise not only did Brad Clark himself answered the phone but, he was the kindest most helpful attorney I have ever spoke with. He looked up my case number and not only answered my questions, he told me that this was something that I could handle myself! Mind blown! I don’t need a lawyer today but I tell you what, if I ever do.. this is the man that’ll get my business. If I could give him 100 stars I would! I like the way you do business Mr. Clark!

You fill out a website for a call back consultation. When someone calls you back, it is not even the consultation. It is the call back for the consultation. They call at all hours of day, multiple times a day even though you fill out a time frame to call. Then when someone calls you for the actual consultation, if you get disconnected, they do not call you back. You have to start all over again, even though you progressed really far. Then, when you finally finish the consultation, they still call you for the same consultation, telling you they can't find proof that it was done. And again, they call at all hours of the day. Then all of this for them to not take the case. (the 1 star review is not because of not taking the case. It was for the hassle and hussle they throw at you).

Don’t know if they are ok or not they never got back to me. So they were going to get with me, guess that was just like the Hilton, all talk and no action. They did get with me and after a year, they still haven't showed me anything, but I'm waiting.

Isaacs & Isaacs did a great job on my case. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. I appreciate the one on one service, I like doing business with people that are local. 100 percent great job Darryl and Team!!
