Dan has been a outstanding lawyer. I would recommend him to anyone looking at serious charges He is reasonably priced, and works hard for his clients . Dan kept our client out of jail while working this case that extended over a years time. We hired him for a client who was facing PFO charges, and other charges that totaled upwards to 30+ years. Final sentencing was today, and probation was offered and accepted. This is a outstanding outcome for any client with previous felonies, and alongside new felony charges. Dan was timely, responsive when needed, and reassuring thru the whole process. He’s not only a good lawyer, but a good person and his kindness and willingness to help others extends into his work. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Dan again. We had been thru two previous lawyers that we were dissatisfied with, Dan met the mark and held true to his long standing experience as a defense lawyer. Don’t waste your money on another lawyer who doesn’t care about you and your case. Our gratitude cannot truly be expressed thru words.

I must say that Dan Carman is very intelligent and dedicated attorney and also a very nice person.
