The level of condescension was off the charts the person didn't show any type of concern and gave me a lawyers name,but said under her breath I was wasting my time

Tried to call many times to talk to someone and phone is answered by a recording and puts u on hold then tells you they are busy and hangs up. What a waste of time.

WOW is all I have to say. I didn't know law firms or lawyers existed who cared about clients the way this firm does. Pierce is the best mediator I have seen. He treats all those involved with respect. He listens to both sides and does his best to find that middle ground that is acceptable to everyone involved. His compassion and vast knowledge of the negotiation process has been the key to settle some very complex cases.
