Pierce is arguably the best mediator in the state if not the region. He is able to negotiate weeks long mediations, as well as half days, and treats them all with respect, compassion and professionalism. There have been many cases I thought could never resolve, only to walk out 5 hours later with a settlement. There's just something about Pierce that puts both clients and adjusters at ease. His knowledge of the law is superior, which I think helps move the cases in the right direction

My firm has hired Mr. Hamblin in several mediations over the years and he has always treated the participants fairly, politely, and firmly, when needed. He has not always been able to bring the parties to an amicable resolution, but he has been able to recognize when it is futile and time to go home. Mr. Hamblin has a very genuine way with people that has been effective in bringing the parties together whenever they were reasonable enough to listen.
