The IV number dont work on 800 line nor the computer but they quick to tell you yo go to the website or call number? The main line circuits are always busy and then the butt joke is they place your account on hold until you sign up for direct deposit and then nothing comes thru for months ?!😯😯 This system is a damn joke waste of time for some people and need more stricter rules for the dead beats

Everytime I call this place they don't ever answer the phone in a decent time frame I'm usually on hold for 30 minutes to an hour this is outrageous this is not decent customer service

Been calling for two weeks mon. Through fri. And stayed on hold for an hour every time. Just trying to handle my issue and get answers to my questions

why even have a phone I've called day after day... left messages...faxed, emailed everything possible and I merely want to set up a time where I can alter my case. I've been to the actual building on multiple occasions and see at a minimum of 6 to 7 people and 2 women at the front desk. do they all just sit and purposely IGNORE the phone? if I was able to give fewer than 1 star I would.

Phone service SUCKS !!!!!

On hold for 50 min and counting lock you up in a heartbeat but won't help resolve anything slow service bad attitude uneducated people hate dealing with them even when your doing everything rite

Always says the operator is not available. Can neve get a hold to anyone. Why have this option if you can't use it. Very disappointed after dealing with this problem for over 7yrs

After 30 minute waits, three times, I have yet to talk with customer service. Should be called customer disservice.

I'm a dad so I'm nothing can't get heads or tails out of this joint money racket payer my order up for 17 years my son is now 20 and I'm still paying guess his mom needs cigs cause when I see him he tells me he gets nothing so I guess Mike and the city are having lunch on me.

I turned 18 this year. I watched my mother fight the system for support to get me hleo. This office has to be the worst in the city. They tell her they have till I turn 33 to collect back child support. It's called child support not adult support. We need a new DA, one who works and helps. 18 years of the same run around and they always ask my mom who works 2 jobs to support me if she will be in court?? Really she works!! So I have been able to eat. They have no clue what they are doing. They hurt more people than they help. NEW DISTRICT ATTORNEY AT ELECTION TIME PEOPLE!! WAKE UP ITS A JOKE
