There's nothing to like about this place. Can't get through on the phone. They take your money when not suppose too. An tell you it 45 days to rufund the check. Crooks at the highest level of the game....Shame on you guy's..

Customer service is a joke I've been trying to reach them for 2 weeks. Good luck getting through and speaking with a human. 3 hours on hold only to hear them pick and then hang up. Or you can email and wait 60 days for a response. You're tax dollars at work! The office is joke the staff couldn't care less. Screw'em

Spent well over 2 hours on hold only to hear them pick up and hang up. Have called back several times and can never get passed the all people are busy part. This is pathetic, kenton county helped me out in less than 10 minutes, but now I have to go thru these idiots. Unbelievable.

I once had a case worker who was AWESOME! I now have someone who I do not even know the name of. I never received a notice that I had a new case worker. I only found out when I called and was on hold for over an hour. They do not give you the number or e-mail for your case worker. They now take messages. I eventually received an e-mail response almost 90 days later about my phone call when I had to take messages. You cannot get any help right away.

Good luck trying to get this city to answer your questions or phone calls. I tried for two days to get through to them on the phone and their system kept hanging up on me after 20-30 minute holds. Delightful. Work with any other city child support agency and they answer the phone within a few rings. GET WITH IT LOUISVILLE!

If your out of state...... Good luck. Id suggest you invest in alot of Astro Glide, this state gives no help and to get an interstate case started 6 months to a YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!! Gimme a break some people try to work and do right. Hell I cant even go see my daughter because everyones got there hand out. God Bless this great state and the US of A..............
