Does not respond back to you , he doesn't know all of his clients like he should, he doesn't try and fight for you to get a lesser charge and wants you to plea guilty to all charges even of the ones your not. He rushes you off the phone, he doesn't care what you want to ask for in court like probation or home incarceration. He only wants what he thinks you should get and don't ask you about your case. He isn't worth wasting your money for. Get another attorney. He isn't very good at all. As to your comment, So you wouldn't fight for your clients if they are appointed to you, wow. And your right I didn't spend a dime on you because we didn't even go to court at all. And by the way after court on public defender cases y'all do get paid by the clients because the courts make sure y'all do. Wow. Watch out people y'all see!!!! Good luck

One check I signed he kept all the money I didn't get a dime. That check was taxed and the IRS charging me. When I called him he gave me some bull about it's happening to more than just me and he's going to sue IRS. Like I would fall for his lies again. I've got more to tell jus to length. Make sure you know how much is his percentage, how much for his paperwork, and every check that comes in before you sign it over how much you get. If he can't tell you don't sign it. Problem solved
