I called on Mr. Tibbs to be my lawyer in 2020 when I needed a lawyer and didn't know nothing about the system. Mr. Tibbs guided me through every process that was going on, he was always at every court date that I had and also made the best decision for me that he could have. Knowledgeable and experienced

My husband and I hired Krsna Tibbs to help us with a custody issue we were dealing with after we moved to another state from Kentucky. We paid the retainer up front and after finally going to court to get parenting time modified we did get what we asked for but the mother of the kids refused to follow the judges orders. Also she started alianating one of the kids to make her hate her dad (my husband). Long story short, the whole time we hired Tibbs it was near impossible to get ahold of him or his paralegal Laura when she worked there. We brought this issue to his attention early on and he claimed the issue was Laura and that she was gone now. Also before that Laura had told us our retainer was gone but didn’t explain how. After she was gone we. Still had issues getting ahold of him. We would call the office, send texts, emails. It would take sometimes weeks or months to get an answer back. Once we decided to do something about the mother alienating one of the kids it took almost a year to get a court date. Then the court date was postponed because of COVID, it was supposed to be in April 2020. Then it took up until October 2020 to get a response from him about rescheduling it. He then claimed a court date was scheduled for December. We tried to get ahold of him in November to go over everything before the court date. We didn’t hear from him until a few days before the date and he claimed the other attorney couldn’t make the court date so it was no longer happening. We also just learned then from him of a GAL that was appointed a year ago, that was never explained to us. Then about a month or so later out of the blue Tibbs emails us saying he is withdrawing from our case and he sent the motion he already submitted to the court. He gave us no explanation till we questioned him. He basically left us high and dry in the middle of a custody battle and stated his reason was because of COVID, he is to busy and his office is to small to handle our case. We now have a great lawyer who is much more responsive. We just don’t want other families to go through what we went through with Tibbs.

Don't return calls. It's been about six moth, I went to the court find out he did obsoletely nothing. I ended up filing my own case. I paid a $1,000 upfront and he they did nothing How can you reply more then a year later and say you don't have records of my case and then say the person that handled my payment is no longer with your office?
