Leland Hulbert provided our family superb direction in navigating our way through the legal system. He offered options, upfront information about fees, and honest discussion about how the course of my son's case would go. He handled every step of the way, exactly as he said it he would.

I emailed Mr. Roby regarding my personal injury and he replied that he would have Mr. Weis contact me. I met with Mr. Weis , and he told us he would get back with us and that has been over a month. We sent him emails and left phones messages but he never replied. I sent Mr. Roby an email several weeks ago telling him what happen with, Mr. Weis. To this day I have not heard from him. All I wanted was an answer back. I'm done with this Law firm and have obtained another one. You have to ask yourself, if an attorney doesn't return calls or emails would they be someone I want representing me.

Leland was the 4th attorney I contacted. The first one seemed to care about the case, the next 2 didn't seem to care at all and never followed up with me. Leland was able to get all charges dismissed. Thank you! He was not the 'cheapest' nor the most expensive, I feel the cost was more than fair considering the cases he worked on for me and the extremely positive resulting outcomes. He was also not flippant or extremely conservative in regards to outlook of possible outcomes - meaning, he didn't promise anything, he used his experience as a prosecutor to prepare me for what would be most likely to occur. He was easy to get in touch and VERY responsive. When someone is under extreme stress, this is such a good thing and I am grateful for that.

Mr. Hulbert put in great effort to keep me from getting a felony. He wrote a letter to the prosecutor on my behalf. Has followed up with me after the sentencing to make sure I'm aware of my options in order to satisfy the courts demands.

Leland was absolutely worth the phone call. I was charged with some pretty serious crimes. He managed to get rid of 11 out of 12 charges. Whenever I had a question he had an honest answer. I was nervous at first it being my first time hiring a lawyer, but he gave me the reassurance I needed to keep pushing forward. I was actually surprised to get the deal I got. Leland really went above and beyond for me, and did not charge an outrageous retainer fee or anything like that. It was reasonable and affordable. I did not have to stress out at all, not in any aspect Leland handled everything for me. If you want a REAL attorney who knows what they are doing, call him. I can't stress enough how grateful I am, to of had him represent me.

David Lambertus is the best of the best. As a practicing defense lawyer, David was a top-notch prosecutor for the other side first. The man has a conscious and helps everyone he can with cases from criminal law to federal cases that require his skillset. Office is prompt and expense for lawyer services is reasonable. He is one of the lawyers that won't make you pay an extreme retainer fee that could turn to a wasted cost with other lawyers that require it. Best of all he is a hometown UofL fan and has not one bigot bone in his body. He has worked with my budget numerous times and kept me and many friends at misdemeanors or below in my youth past.
