I'm so happy I found Mr.Hulbert after a chain of referrals and others turning me down. Thank you so much for working with me and being very understanding from a parents p.o.v. Mr.Leland is a very adamant listener and brought all my main concerns to the forefront. I'm happy to admit the results were what I wished for and Mr.Hulbert is very thorough and time efficient. My granddaughter had two minor charges that could have hurt employment opportunities. Mr Hulbert was professional, responsive, communicated clearly and reasonable in fees.
