I fought a case against the commonwealth of Kentucky for 3 1/2 years. Through COVID and being an out of state defendant, this case weighed on me a lot. I was represented by Ruth Wilkerson & while I found her to be both professional & an excellent communicator, that wasn't my biggest takeaway. Throughout the entire process she made me feel like dads matter too & for that I thank her. If you're looking for people who will give sincere advice & remain "dialed in" throughout the process, I recommend Hoge Partners.

Ms. Wilkerson was so supportive. While KY courts have mandated presumption of 50/50 custody, it’s not as easy for the responsible/present parent. She offered advice of possible actions and suggested possible communication apps to assist in my curtain situation. I appreciate her and her team.
