Borders & Borders was used by the buyer of the property that we just sold. We were greeted with a smile and offered beverages. Everything went smoothly and very quickly. No complaints!!

Sold our house in Louisville. An all cash transaction. Margo Borders and her team were given wire instructions. Talked with Margo Borders personally to verify everything was in order. Checked with bank next morning no wire transfer. Called Margo Borders the following morning and was told she was in a meeting. Left a message. Margo Borders never returned my call. 1 1/2 hours later called Collette Walker who very graciously talked to someone. Was told wire transfer would be in bank this afternoon. We will see.
