The receptionist was friendly and greeted me. The person who gave me papers to sign for 5 to 10 minutes, not so friendly.
I would not choose these people for my closing when I compare it with treatment from other closings that I have had.
They also did not give me the option to come back and pick up my check, which I found out later from my realtor was an option. And I had to ask for tracking number of check, even though they could have emailed or texted that to me. It's one of those things that should be provided without asking.

As a Realtor, I have seen families who followed the commercials and still lose everything. I can tell you from personal experience, thanks to KY elder law, that won't happen to us.
