Ebony the closing attorney was WONDERFUL!
This was my first experience with this firm. I do think that all requirements and documents should have been checked twice for any mistakes and corrected prior to us setting down at the closing table. This was a cash closing and should have took no more than 15-20 minutes, but it lasted an hour. Overall everyone was very nice and emails were always answered, just a little unorganized.

Passive closing team, impossible to get callbacks to voicemails or responses to emails, staff reportedly did not mesh well with entities on either side of the deal. Felt like the pre-close and closing admin staff were not interested in doing their jobs. We were never called back to pick up funds owed to us, and when we arrived (after calling to check), the payment was misplaced. The team seemed to have no idea what happened.
