I am a physician and I found Courtney to be very professional, honest, fees were reasonable, she met with me on a weekend at least 3 different times, very prompt with e-mail responses, convenient east end location and to top it all off, my divorce was resolved quickly! THANKS Courtney, you are THE BEST !!!

I deeply regret having to write a bad review. I am a man who will still give a $10 tip when receiving bad service while out to eat. This is something that has to be spoken of. My girlfriend hired Courtney for her services regarding visitation to her child. She was given a $1500 retainer fee. Before filing visitation documents, my girlfriend was served papers for her daughter to be adopted. Courtney would NOT take the adoption case, she stated "They are not the same case." (Same child same mother) I will not rant to long, because I could write a documentary about the poor services my girlfriend received. Not one time did Courtney ever show up in the same courtroom with the client that hired her. The Affidavit that was created by her was a joke, it looked as if a child had wrote it. Very poor professionalism, very disappointed about the law practicing services. Since Courtney never done anything for my girlfriends case, she asked for a refund. Courtney charged nearly a thousand dollars for services she did not provide. I. There was moments where Courtney questioned representing my girlfriend because she knew the other attorney on the case. II. Courtney suggested things for my girlfriend to do, which made her look foolish and dull-witted inside the courtroom. III. Did not send detailed billing statement (by law she is required too) IV. Never showed up to court for her V. Nearly one thousand dollars for an underwritten affidavit. Very poor services.

She was recommended to me by more than one person. They talked very highly of her. I called when I was going through a divorce almost two years ago and was told to email her. I thought why have a receptionist if they aren't going to set up appointments or do anything. I was once again recommended to use her. I thought I'd give her another shot. Once again I was told to email her my situation and she'd get back to me. It took her several days to return my email. I immediately returned hers and I'm still waiting on a response.

Courtney Howell-Kidd is amazing! We adopted from Arizona and she handled a complicated adoption case like a BOSS. Her advice is honest, she is quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and her prices are fair. She really took an interest in our family and that meant a lot. Our final court proceedings went off without a hitch and now our daughter is officially ours! My husband and I would recommend her to anyone adopting a baby and needs a lawyer to represent them!

I found Courtney nine years ago when I initially went through my divorce.Over the years I continued to consult with her about child support issues.She eventually introduced me to her brother because he had tremendous knowledge on that particular subject.I'm always impressed with how prompt that they are at returning my emails.Love the family practice.They even have their mom in on the action as their receptionist.I feel so good knowing they're there for me and my children..
