Courtney is amazing!! Not only was she prompt in responding to me and setting up a consultation she was very easy to talk with. I went in feeling helpless and had high anxiety and just a few moments with her I was at ease and knew I wanted her representing me. She actually cares and proved it when she told me she would make some calls because I might not need her services. Sure enough she was right and notified me the next day. I recently read great reviews about this law office and was looking forward to calling for a consultation and possibly hiring their services. I called and the receptionist asked "what kind of case". I briefly explained and she brashly responded "we cant help you" and hung up on me as I was asking if she could help point me in the correct direction. I was really dumbfounded and taken aback considering all of the nice reviews especially about Mrs. Howell. I called back only for her to answer with a rude "Yes" and I let the receptionist know that her actions were a representation of the office and she really brought it down greatly. How important our front desk people can be when left with the task of representing your brand. I hope she does not continue to pull down their great reviews.

I HIGHLY reccommed Courtney, she may be a small package but she packs a HUGE punch! Courtney goes above and beyond for her clients. I went into the whole divorce thing completely unsure of what to expect. She was there every step of the way fighting for me and my children to make sure that we would be taken care of once it was said and done. Courtney and Bronson went above and beyond. They when as far as going and seeing my ex husband in Indiana jail to get him to sign papers. Too helping me stop my child support after my sister and brother-in-law adopted my kids. They did a great job in making this as stress free as they could. I will be telling everyone about them.
