My family and I reached out to Rusty and his law group back in 2011 to start the green card process for my husband. Finally in 2012 my husband got his green card. My husband decided to wait until 2020 to get his citizenship. When 2021 rolled around my husband took his test and was approved. Rusty and his team has helped out so much over the years helping my family. I recommend Rusty and his law group to anyone I know that is wanting to get their papers or needing another assistant. I am thankful for all the help and support I got over the years from Rusty O’Brien.

Gracias a ellos mi familia sigue unida, logro sacar a mi marido del Centro de detención donde lo tenía migración despues de aver hablado con muchos abogados nuestro caso lo miraban como caso perdido, pero para el no lo fue aún falta seguir peleando su caso pero el trabajo que ha hecho ha sido impecable lo recomiendo al 100%.

Securing resident visas for my wife and daughter from Venezuela was about as challenging a project as could be imagined. No embassy in Venezuela, Covid, The Venezuela government denying my exit and having to reschedule everything,you name it...we faced it...and we now have visas in hand and are heading to the US.
