Yes I'm going to put this out here my mother had already had Arrangements but was trying to save her house she came to you and all you did was make her lose it she already had payment arrangements set up with these creditors due to her health and a flood that took a lot of a home with water damage let alone having our property taken away and putting her in further debt that's what came out of using your services you blew smoke up my mom's face and did not help her all you were worried about was getting money. So don't think that this company is so great. For I am Barbara and Reese Junior and I don't care what you might think but it's the truth this company and the top lady did not help my mom but made her lose our home we have no home to go back to for now it's a part of nature sanctuary they demolished my mom our home that we grew up in. So shame shame on your company shame shame that you did not defend my mom in court or listen to her that she had already made arrangements you were supposed to help her for us to keep our home no we were left homeless so think twice before using this company I would never use you and I will always keep telling people what you did to our family and to my mother you took her dream Place away from her it wasn't much we were poor we came for poor people and families that struggled all their life but we had one thing that we could call home to me and my sisters and their kids and my mom and daddy my daddy died because he lost the home that he was supposed to stay in Forever that was y'all's promise Shame Shame on your company. And shame shame on you because you are supposed to be the top of the top ma'am all you did was lose everything for us my mom worked with you and all you did was left her with unanswered questions and homeless

Me gustaria compartir la desagradable experiencia que me paso en esta oficina, con el senor Rusty O'brien y algunos de sus empleados. lo contrate para un ajuste de estatus, le pague y no cumplio con la fecha limite (deadline) no hizo su trabajo. me afecto de muchas maneras perdi mi permiso de trabajo, estoy desempleda por casi ocho meses, perdi tiempo y dinero. probablemente no podre tener mi residencia permanente. Me mintio hasta el ultimo momento, yo me comunique con ellos y no hicieron nada se portaron terrible. fue una experiencia muy estresante para mi parecia como que estubieran jugando conmigo, Esta cituacion paso y es verdad yo creo que vale la pena compartirla, pues la forma en la que actuaron con mi caso me afectara para toda la vida. en conclucion talvez puedan ser mas profesionales, concientes y tener un poco de empatia por sus clientes y porsupuesto evitar que esto vuelva a pasar.

Muy buena atención. Aunque la cita era a las 3pm de la tarde y me atendieron 3 y media aunque llegue 15 minutos antes.
