My mother had to have a hernia surgery. Later she became very sick, and it was discovered that the surgeon never even did the surgery. We contacted Mr. Gladstein to see if we would have a possible case. We collected all the info for him and he kept telling us to wait. A couple weeks would go by and he would call and tell us to wait again. Mr. Gladstein did this for about eight months. Then, we received a letter saying he was not interested in our case. If he was not interested in our case, then he should have told us that instead of drag our family along for eight months. I have spoke with other attorneys about this, and they have told me what he did was wrong. Medical negligence cases have a one year statue of limitations. Gladstein conveniently decided not to take our case right at the end of our time limit. Now my mother has to walk with a cane and has numerous medical bills to due to this ordeal. To anyone reading this, please stay away from this firm.
